Description

PU S-2 is a kind of single-component, moisture-curing, hydrophilic polyurethane-based flexible sealant tape/paste. Upon contact with water, it expands in volume by ≥200%, forming a resilient water-sealing core that maintains long-term flexibility and adhesion. Exhibits excellent adhesion to interfaces such as concrete, steel reinforcement, PVC, EPDM, and steel.

Applications

1.Secondary waterproof sealing for cast-in-place concrete construction joints, post-cast strips, and expansion joints.
2.Applications include wall-penetrating sleeves, pile heads, tunnel segment joints, and prefabricated assembly connections.
3.Serves as a compatible adhesive for triangular and semi-circular strip profiles.
4.Repairs leaking points in rough or irregular small gaps (within 3 mm).

Storage and Shelf Life

1.Store in a cool, dry place at ≤ 25 °C; 12 months in original packaging.
2.Avoid direct sunlight and compression/deformation; refrigerated transport (≤ 35 °C) is required during hot seasons.
