Construction Tooling Agent N is a reactive transparent primer developed by Shandong Incore New Material Technology CO., Ltd. and produced under strict quality system control. Curing by reacting with the moisture in the substrate or air, promotes the bonding between the polyurethane adhesive and the substrate, and prevents the damage of the polyurethane adhesive by ultraviolet light.

Application

Glass, ceramic, concrete and other surface treatment to enhance the bonding ability with polyurethane sealant. Due to the diversity of the substrate and the difference in construction conditions, it is recommended to conduct tests in advance to select the appropriate substrate product (and supporting activation cleaning agent) to ensure the bonding effect.

Usage method

Surface cleaning: Take appropriate amount of supporting cleaning agent into a clean and dry special container (immediately seal the original package). With a clean absorbent cotton and other materials dipped in cleaning agent, the grease and dust on the surface of the sticky part will be cleaned, and then fully dry (about 10 minutes, with humidity, temperature and other conditions change).

Apply primer: Shake thoroughly and pour appropriate amount into a special container (seal the original package immediately). Use a soft brush such as wool to apply a thin layer of adhesive on the cleaned part of the adhesive, and dry fully (about 10 minutes, depending on humidity, temperature and other conditions).

Storage and transport condition

- Waterproof and moisture-proof;

- Prevent high temperature and keep away from fire;

- Storage conditions: in the original packaging 5-25℃, relative humidity <50%RH conditions for 24 months.
